Read all common questions
Should I design furniture or build a cutting list?

Use Design Studio to configure furniture and save a draft. Use Board Cutting & CNC when you know the finished panel sizes, or want to use an existing guided part template.

Can I order a furniture design straight away?

Furniture projects currently remain saved designs. Supported cut lists have a separate optimisation, quote and payment journey. A visual preview does not approve a furniture design for manufacture.

What should I measure?

Record the overall space, clearances and access. For panel orders, enter the finished dimensions and confirm grain and edging. Follow the guidance for your selected product.

How do collection and delivery work?

Collection and delivery are available through the ordering journey. Listed areas use the configured delivery charges; unmatched postcodes go to staff for a delivery quote before payment.

Where can I get help with a specialist detail?

Keep relevant drawings and references with your project. Specialist construction, coating preparation, machining and installation requirements need review.
